To avoid imbalance issues, distribute clothes evenly around the drum. Avoid overloading and mix both large and small items to ensure balanced spinning.
Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure that the drain hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe. Clean the filter as it might be clogged.
Ensure the washer/dryer is level on the floor. Check for any loose items inside the drum and tighten any loose screws on the machine. Avoid overloading the machine.
Remove the dispenser drawer and rinse it under warm water. Use a soft brush to remove any detergent residue, then dry thoroughly before reinserting.
Regularly clean the drum, door seal, and detergent drawer. Check and clean the filter monthly, and inspect hoses for any signs of wear or leaks.
Unplug the washer/dryer from the power outlet for about a minute, then plug it back in. This should reset the control panel.
Run a hot water cycle with a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to eliminate odors. Leave the door open after cycles to allow the drum to dry.
Ensure the spin speed is set correctly and that the load is balanced. Check for any blockages in the drain pump or hose.
Use the delicate cycle option on the control panel, which uses lower heat settings to protect fragile fabrics.
Check if there is a power interruption. Ensure the door is closed properly. If the machine displays an error code, consult the manual for troubleshooting steps.
