To start the game, shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player. Place the remaining cards face down to form a draw pile. Turn over the top card to start the discard pile. The player to the left of the dealer starts the game.
UNO Minimalista GYH69 features a sleek, minimalist design that simplifies the traditional card visuals while maintaining the same gameplay rules as regular UNO.
Store the cards in a cool, dry place and consider using card sleeves to protect them from spills and wear. Avoid bending the cards and keep them in their original box when not in use.
If you lose a card, you can either purchase a replacement deck or create a proxy card by writing the missing card's details on a blank card or paper.
While UNO Minimalista is best played with 2 to 10 players, you can include more players by combining two decks, though this may extend the playtime and increase complexity.
Focus on getting rid of high-value action cards first and keep track of the cards played by opponents. Try to manage your hand to avoid being caught with high points if someone else goes out.
Refer to the official UNO rules included with the game. If disputes arise, players can agree to follow house rules or take a vote to resolve the conflict.
UNO Minimalista is recommended for players aged 7 and up, making it suitable for family game nights and gatherings.
If a player believes a Draw Four card was played illegally, they can challenge it. The player who played the card must show their hand. If the player was able to play another card instead, they must draw four cards. Otherwise, the challenging player draws six cards.
UNO Minimalista itself does not have a specific digital version, but you can play regular UNO in many online platforms and apps, which simulate similar gameplay.
