To adjust the saddle height, first loosen the seat post clamp using an Allen key. Adjust the saddle to your appropriate height—usually at hip level when standing next to the bike. Tighten the clamp securely, ensuring the saddle is aligned with the frame.
The recommended tire pressure is typically between 40-60 psi for gravel tires. However, check the tire sidewall for the manufacturer's specifications and adjust based on terrain and rider weight.
First, check if the derailleur hanger is bent or misaligned. Ensure the cables are not frayed and are tensioned properly. Lubricate the chain and adjust the barrel adjuster to fine-tune the shifting.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning and lubricating the chain, checking tire pressure, inspecting brakes for wear, and ensuring bolts are tightened to the correct torque specifications.
Use a degreaser to clean the chain thoroughly. Rinse and dry it completely. Apply a suitable bicycle chain lubricant while rotating the pedals backward to ensure even coverage. Wipe off excess lubricant.

Store the bike in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Hang the bike by the frame or use a bike stand to prevent tire deformation. Regularly check the bike for any signs of corrosion or damage.
Remove the wheel from the bike, deflate the tire completely, and use tire levers to remove it from the rim. Check for punctures, install a new tube, or patch the old one, then reassemble and inflate to the recommended pressure.
Consider upgrading to a more comfortable saddle, using padded cycling shorts, adjusting the handlebar height, and using thicker bar tape or padded gloves to reduce vibration and strain.
