Toro 32-inch 59130 Installation Instructions

To start the Toro 32-inch 59130 Mower, ensure that the fuel valve is open, the throttle is set to the choke position if the engine is cold, and pull the starter handle firmly. If the engine is warm, set the throttle to the run position instead.
If the mower does not start, check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and the fuel valve is open. Inspect the air filter for clogs and clean or replace it if necessary. Also, verify that the oil level is adequate.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, and then every 25 hours of operation or at least once each mowing season. Use SAE 30 oil for optimal performance.
To clean the mower deck, remove the spark plug wire for safety, tilt the mower to the side, and use a garden hose to wash off grass clippings and debris. Make sure to dry the deck thoroughly to prevent rusting.
To sharpen the blades, detach the spark plug wire, remove the blade by unscrewing the bolt, and use a file or grinder to sharpen the edge evenly. Balance the blade before reattaching it to ensure smooth operation.
If performance declines, check for a clogged air filter, dirty spark plug, or dull blades. Clean or replace the air filter, clean or replace the spark plug, and sharpen the blades as needed.
To adjust the cutting height, locate the height adjustment levers on each wheel. Push the lever towards the wheel to release it, then move it to the desired height setting and release it to lock it in place.
Use clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol content to prevent engine damage.
To winterize the mower, run the engine until it stops to empty the fuel system, change the oil, clean the mower deck, remove and store the battery if applicable, and store the mower in a dry location.
Regularly inspect the air filter, oil level, spark plug, blades, and tire pressure. Check for any loose bolts or parts, and ensure the grass discharge chute is clear of obstructions.
