To change the oil, run the engine for a few minutes to warm it up, then turn it off. Remove the oil drain plug and let the old oil drain into a container. Replace the drain plug and fill the engine with new oil as specified in the manual.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using ethanol blends higher than 10% as they can damage the engine.
Check the battery connections for corrosion and ensure they are tight. Verify that the fuel tank has fuel, and check the spark plug for wear or damage. Also, make sure the PTO switch is disengaged.
Perform regular maintenance such as checking the oil level before each use, replacing the oil every 50 hours of operation, and inspecting the air filter every 25 hours. Lubricate all moving parts as per the manual recommendations.
Ensure the engine is off and remove the key. Wear gloves and use a wrench to remove the blade bolt. Attach the new blade, ensuring the correct orientation, and tighten the bolt securely.
Check the transmission fluid level and add if necessary. Inspect the drive belt for wear and replace it if it's damaged. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Regularly sharpen the mower blades, keep the deck clean, and ensure proper tire pressure. Adjust the cutting height according to the grass type and condition.
Always wear appropriate safety gear, keep bystanders away, and never operate on steep slopes. Ensure all guards and shields are in place before use.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, perform all necessary maintenance, and disconnect the battery. Store it in a dry place and cover it to protect it from dust and moisture.
Check for debris or damage in the mower deck and ensure that the blades are balanced and properly secured. Inspect the tires for uneven wear or low pressure.
