Ensure the tractor is on a level surface. Sit on the seat, engage the parking brake, and make sure the PTO switch is in the off position. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "Start" position until the engine starts, then release the key.
Check if the fuel tank is full, the battery is charged, and the spark plug is clean and properly connected. Inspect the safety switches for proper operation. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or a professional technician.
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first. Always use the oil type recommended by the manufacturer.
After each use, remove grass clippings and debris from the deck using a garden hose or air blower. For a thorough cleaning, safely remove the deck and clean it with water and a brush. Make sure the deck is dry before reinstalling.
Excessive vibration may be caused by imbalanced or damaged blades, loose bolts, or a faulty drive belt. Inspect these components and replace or tighten them as needed.
Clean the tractor thoroughly and perform any necessary maintenance. Fill the fuel tank and add a fuel stabilizer. Store the tractor in a dry, sheltered location and disconnect the battery to prevent discharge.
Ensure that the blades are sharp and properly balanced. Check the tire pressure to ensure uniform ground contact. Also, make sure the mower deck is level and at the correct height setting.
To improve traction, reduce speed and use tire chains or wheel weights if necessary. Always mow up and down slopes rather than across, and avoid making sudden turns or stops.
Regularly check the battery terminals for corrosion and clean them with a wire brush if needed. Ensure the battery is securely mounted and inspect the charge level periodically, charging it if necessary.
Use the height adjustment lever located beside the seat. Move the lever to adjust the deck to the desired cutting height. Make sure the deck is level by checking both sides and adjusting if necessary.
