To change the oil, park the tractor on a level surface and turn off the engine. Remove the oil drain plug and allow the old oil to drain completely. Replace the drain plug and fill the engine with the recommended oil type and amount as per the user manual.
Check the battery connections for corrosion and ensure they are tight. Verify that the fuel tank is full and the fuel valve is open. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage and replace it if necessary.
Refer to the tire sidewall or the owner's manual for the recommended tire pressure. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the current pressure and inflate or deflate the tires accordingly using an air compressor.
It's recommended to check the air filter every 25 hours of operation and replace it if it's dirty or damaged. A clean air filter ensures optimal engine performance.
First, disconnect the spark plug wire for safety. Remove the mower deck and then the blades. Use a grinder or a file to sharpen the blades evenly. Rebalance the blades before reinstallation to prevent vibration.
Check if the mower deck is level and adjust it if necessary. Inspect the blades for sharpness and damage, and replace them if needed. Ensure the tire pressure is equal on both sides.
Clean the tractor thoroughly to remove dirt and debris. Drain the fuel or add a fuel stabilizer. Change the oil and inspect all belts and hoses. Store the tractor in a dry, covered area.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced or damaged blades, loose components, or tire imbalance. Check and tighten any loose parts, and inspect the blades for damage.
Use the height adjustment lever located near the operator's seat to set the desired cutting height. Ensure both sides of the deck are at the same height for an even cut.
Turn off the tractor and disconnect the spark plug for safety. Refer to the owner's manual for the belt routing diagram. Remove the old belt and install the new one, ensuring it is seated correctly on all pulleys.
