Ensure the tractor is on a level surface. Engage the parking brake, ensure the PTO switch is off, and place the throttle in the 'Fast' position. Turn the ignition key to start the engine.
Check the fuel level, battery charge, and ensure the spark plug is not fouled. Verify that all safety switches are engaged. If problems persist, consult the user manual or a professional technician.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 50 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first. Use SAE 10W-30 oil.
The recommended tire pressure is 10 PSI for the front tires and 8 PSI for the rear tires. Always check tire pressure when tires are cold.
Check if the mower deck is level. Inspect the blades for sharpness and damage. Ensure that the tire pressure is appropriate and that the grass is not too wet or long.
Ensure the tractor is running at full throttle. Pull up on the power take-off (PTO) switch located on the dashboard to engage the blades.
Check the battery terminals for corrosion and clean them as needed. Ensure the battery is securely mounted and the cables are tight. Recharge the battery if it is low.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced or damaged blades, loose bolts, or debris caught in the mower deck. Inspect and rectify these issues.
Locate the air filter cover on the engine. Remove the cover, take out the old filter, and replace it with a new one. Ensure the cover is securely fastened after replacement.
Check the transmission fluid level and top up if necessary. Inspect for leaks or damage in the transmission system. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
