To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the appropriate compartment, close the door, select your desired wash program using the control dial, and press the 'Start' button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the door is properly closed. Check if the 'Start' button has been pressed and confirm that the water supply is turned on. If the issue persists, try resetting the machine by turning it off and on again.
To clean the detergent drawer, pull it out until it stops, then press the release lever to remove it completely. Rinse under warm water and use a soft brush to remove any detergent residue. Dry the drawer thoroughly before reinserting it.
First, check for clogs in the drain hose and ensure it is not kinked. Next, clean the pump filter by opening the service flap at the bottom, turning the filter cap counterclockwise, and removing any debris.
Select the 'Drum Clean' program or a high-temperature wash cycle without any laundry. Add a small amount of detergent or a specialized drum cleaner to the detergent drawer and start the cycle to maintain hygiene.
Excessive vibration can occur if the machine is not level. Ensure all four feet are firmly on the ground and adjust them if necessary. Also, avoid overloading the machine and ensure the laundry is evenly distributed.
The 'End' symbol on the display indicates that the wash cycle has completed successfully and the laundry can be removed from the drum.
To reduce energy consumption, wash full loads, use lower temperature settings, and take advantage of the Eco or Quick wash programs. Regular maintenance, like cleaning the filter, can also improve efficiency.
Check the inlet and drain hoses for any leaks or damage and ensure they're securely connected. Inspect the door seal for any debris or damage, and clean it if necessary. If the problem persists, contact a service technician.
It is recommended to clean the pump filter every three months or whenever you notice drainage issues to ensure optimal performance and prevent blockages.
