The Sealey TS10P.V2 Saw has a maximum cutting capacity of 85mm at 90 degrees and 60mm at 45 degrees.
To change the blade, ensure the saw is unplugged, remove the blade guard, use a wrench to loosen the arbor nut, replace the blade, and then re-tighten the nut and guard.
It is recommended to use a 250mm TCT blade with a 30mm bore for optimal performance on the Sealey TS10P.V2 Saw.
Ensure the power supply is connected, check the fuse, inspect the power switch for faults, and ensure the motor is not overloaded.
Regularly clean the saw, check and tighten all bolts and nuts, lubricate moving parts, and ensure the blade is sharp and properly aligned.
The Sealey TS10P.V2 Saw is primarily designed for wood and similar materials. Using it on metal is not recommended unless you have the appropriate blade and safety measures in place.
Always wear safety goggles, use push sticks for small pieces, ensure the blade guard is in place, and never operate the saw without proper training.
To align the fence, loosen the locking mechanism, adjust the fence parallel to the blade using a square, and then tighten the locks securely.
Check that the blade is properly seated and the arbor nut is tight. Inspect the blade for damage and replace it if necessary.
Unplug the saw, use a brush to remove debris, wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth, and ensure the blade and moving parts are free of dust and residues.
