The Sealey SPC1000 Crane has a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg.
To assemble the Sealey SPC1000 Crane, follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the manual, ensuring all bolts are tightened securely.
Check the hydraulic oil level and refill if necessary. Inspect for any leaks or air in the system and bleed the system if required.
Perform maintenance checks before each use and conduct a thorough inspection monthly or after every 50 hours of operation.
Use high-quality hydraulic oil with a viscosity grade recommended by Sealey, typically ISO VG32 or VG46.
The Sealey SPC1000 Crane should only be used on a flat, stable surface to ensure safety and prevent tipping.
Ensure the outriggers are fully extended and locked in position, and the load is centered and balanced.
Lower the boom, release hydraulic pressure, clean the crane, and store it in a dry, protected area.
Inspect for obstructions, check hydraulic fluid levels, and ensure the boom is properly lubricated.
It is not recommended to operate the crane in wet conditions as it can compromise safety and reduce traction.
