To replace the grinding wheel, first unplug the grinder. Use the provided wrench to loosen the wheel nut, remove the old wheel, and replace it with a new one, ensuring it is securely fastened.
Check if the power cord is properly connected and the outlet is functioning. Inspect the fuse and replace if necessary. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Regularly clean the grinder, check and replace worn parts, and ensure all bolts and screws are tightened. Lubricate moving parts as recommended in the user manual.
After unplugging the grinder, use a soft brush to remove debris and dust from the wheel and housing. Wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Ensure that the grinder is placed on a stable surface. Check that the grinding wheel is balanced and properly secured. Replace any damaged or worn components.
Always wear safety goggles and gloves. Ensure the work area is clear of hazards. Never operate the grinder without the wheel guard in place.
Loosen the tool rest adjustment knob, position the rest at the desired angle and distance from the wheel, then tighten the knob securely.
Turn off the grinder and allow it to cool down. Check for blockages or obstructions and ensure proper ventilation. Avoid prolonged continuous use.
The grinder is primarily designed for grinding purposes. If cutting is required, ensure you are using the correct type of wheel and follow all safety guidelines.
Check that the wheel is properly mounted and centered. Adjust the tool rest and support to align with the wheel to ensure accuracy during grinding operations.
