To install the blade, first ensure the saw is unplugged. Loosen the blade guard and remove the arbor nut with the provided wrench. Place the blade on the arbor, ensuring the teeth face forward, then tighten the arbor nut securely. Finally, reattach the blade guard.
Regular maintenance includes checking and tightening all bolts and screws, cleaning the blade and guard with a soft brush, and lubricating moving parts every few months. Always disconnect power before performing maintenance.
Ensure the saw is plugged in and the power switch is in the 'on' position. Check the fuse or circuit breaker for any issues. If the problem persists, inspect the power cord for damage and replace if necessary.
Ensure you are using the correct blade for the material. Regularly clean the blade to prevent resin build-up and avoid forcing the saw through cuts. Consider investing in a higher quality blade if dullness persists.
To adjust the cutting angle, loosen the bevel lock located at the rear of the saw. Tilt the saw to the desired angle using the bevel scale, then tighten the bevel lock to secure the angle.
Always wear safety goggles and hearing protection. Ensure the work area is clean and free of obstructions. Never bypass the blade guard, and always keep hands away from the cutting area.
Ensure the saw is placed on a stable surface and that all mounting bolts are securely tightened. Check the blade for any damage or warping and replace if necessary.
Unplug the saw and locate the brush caps on the motor housing. Remove the caps and take out the old brushes. Insert the new brushes, ensuring they are seated properly, and replace the brush caps securely.
Stop using the saw and allow the motor to cool down. Check for blockages around the motor vents and ensure the blade is sharp. Avoid overloading the saw with too much pressure during cuts.
Use a clamp to secure the material to the workbench. Mark the cutting line clearly and align it with the blade. Ensure the saw is set to the correct speed and feed the material steadily through the blade.
