Sealey SA77.V4 Instruction Manual

To set up the Sealey SA77.V4 Sander, ensure that the air supply is regulated between 70-90 PSI. Attach the air hose to the sander's inlet and secure it tightly. Check that the sanding pad is properly attached.
The Sealey SA77.V4 Sander is compatible with 150mm hook-and-loop abrasive discs. Ensure the disc's grit is suitable for your specific application.
If the sander does not start, check the air supply and connections. Ensure the compressor is delivering adequate pressure and check for any blockages in the air line.
Regularly clean the sander, checking for dust build-up. Lubricate the moving parts periodically as per the user manual, and inspect the air hose and connections for wear.
Always wear safety goggles and a dust mask when operating the sander. Ensure that loose clothing and hair are secured and the work area is well-ventilated.
Uneven sanding may result from a worn or improperly attached sanding pad. Check and replace the pad if necessary, and ensure even pressure is applied during use.
Inspect the sander before each use for any damage. Clean and lubricate it monthly or after every 20 hours of use. Replace worn parts as needed.
Vibration can be reduced by ensuring the sanding pad is balanced and correctly attached. Make sure the surface being sanded is stable and even.
Check the air supply and connections immediately. Inspect for any blockages or kinks in the air hose. Allow the sander to cool down if it is overheated before resuming use.
To replace the sanding pad, disconnect the sander from the air supply. Remove the existing pad by unscrewing it. Attach the new pad securely and ensure it is aligned before use.
