The recommended air pressure for operating the Sealey SA70 Sander is between 70-90 PSI (5-6.2 bar).
To replace the sanding pad, first disconnect the sander from the air supply. Then, unscrew the existing pad using the appropriate tool and attach the new pad securely.
Use a high-quality air tool oil to lubricate the moving parts of the Sealey SA70 Sander for optimal performance and longevity.
It is recommended to lubricate the sander daily before use to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.
Loss of power can be due to insufficient air pressure, clogged air filters, or worn-out internal parts. Check these components and ensure proper maintenance.
Ensure that the sander is held firmly and that the sanding pad is properly aligned and balanced. Also, verify that the air pressure is within the recommended range.
The Sealey SA70 Sander is designed for dry sanding. Using it for wet sanding is not recommended as it may damage the tool.
After use, disconnect the sander from the air supply, wipe down the exterior with a clean cloth, and ensure the air inlet is clear of debris.
Check all connections, hoses, and seals for any signs of wear or damage. Replace any faulty components and ensure all connections are tight.
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, ear protection, and gloves. Ensure the work area is well-ventilated and free from hazards.
