Sealey SA635 Instruction Manual

To replace the sanding pad, first ensure the sander is unplugged. Remove the screws holding the current pad in place, then align the new pad and secure it with the screws.
Use a lightweight pneumatic tool oil. Apply a few drops to the air inlet before each use to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Check the air supply to ensure it's correctly connected and providing sufficient pressure. Inspect the air hose for any leaks or damages.
Ensure the sanding pad is securely attached and balanced. Also, verify that the tool is properly lubricated and the air pressure is within the recommended range.
After use, disconnect the air supply and wipe the tool with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn debris, use a soft brush to clean the vents and moving parts.
The recommended operating air pressure for the Sealey SA635 Sander is between 70-90 PSI.
If you notice excessive noise or vibration, it could indicate worn bearings. Inspect them visually and replace if worn or damaged.
The Sealey SA635 Sander is designed for dry sanding only. Using it for wet sanding can damage the tool and void the warranty.
Check the air supply and pressure. Ensure the air compressor is functioning properly and the hose is not kinked or blocked.
While not mandatory, using a dust extraction system can significantly reduce dust and debris, improving the work environment and prolonging tool life.
