To load rivets, select the appropriate size nozzle, insert the rivet shaft into the nozzle, and ensure it is securely in place before using the tool.
If the riveter jams, release the trigger, disconnect the air supply, and carefully remove any lodged rivet parts. Check for wear or damage before resuming use.
Regular maintenance should be performed monthly, including cleaning the tool and lubricating moving parts to ensure optimal performance.
The recommended air pressure for optimal performance is between 70 and 90 psi. Check your air supply settings before use.
To change the nozzle, unscrew the current nozzle using the tool's wrench, select the new size, and screw it securely into place.
Always wear safety goggles and gloves, ensure a stable working surface, and never point the riveter towards yourself or others.
Check if the nozzle is clogged or worn out, ensure the correct air pressure, and verify that the rivet size matches the nozzle.
The riveter is designed for use with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel rivets. Check the manual for compatible sizes.
Regular cleaning, proper lubrication, and correct storage in a dry environment will help ensure the tool's longevity.
Signs include inconsistent performance, unusual noises during operation, and visible wear on components.
