The Sealey RJAS2500.V3 Trolley Jack has a maximum lifting capacity of 2.5 tons.
Regularly inspect the jack for any signs of wear or damage, lubricate the moving parts, and ensure the hydraulic oil is at the correct level.
Use high-quality hydraulic jack oil; avoid using brake fluid or any other non-specified fluids.
Check the hydraulic oil level, ensure there are no leaks, and inspect the release valve for proper operation.
It is not recommended to use the jack on uneven surfaces as it may cause instability. Always use on a flat, stable ground.
Slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise to gently lower the load. Ensure no one is near the load while lowering.
Check the hydraulic oil level every few months, or more frequently if the jack is used regularly.
Always use jack stands to support the vehicle, never exceed the rated capacity, and ensure the jack is on secure footing.
Oil leaks are often caused by worn seals. Replace the seals and refill with hydraulic oil to fix the issue.
While primarily designed for vehicles, it can lift other equipment within its weight capacity, provided safe lifting practices are followed.
