Ensure the station is on a stable surface, check all connections, ensure the power supply is appropriate, and follow the manufacturer's start-up procedure. Always wear appropriate safety gear.
Check the power supply and connections, ensure the power switch is on, inspect the fuse, and verify that the pressure switch is functioning correctly.
Regularly check and replace air filters, drain moisture from the tank, inspect hoses for wear, and ensure all fittings are secure.
Locate the pressure regulator knob, turn clockwise to increase pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease it. Monitor the pressure gauge to set the desired level.
Turn off the compressor immediately, allow it to cool down, check for blockages in ventilation, and ensure ambient temperature is within operational limits.
Change the oil after the first 50 hours of use, then every 200 hours, or as recommended in the user manual. Use only the specified oil type.
Use a high-quality, non-detergent compressor oil with the viscosity recommended by the manufacturer, typically SAE 30 or equivalent.
Perform regular maintenance, use it within the recommended specifications, avoid overworking the unit, and store it in a clean, dry environment.
Unusual noises, reduced air output, increased cycle times, and visible wear or damage are indicators that the compressor may need servicing.
Regularly drain the tank after use, use an air dryer or moisture separator, and ensure the compressor is stored in a dry area.
