Sealey PWM2500.V2 Instruction Manual

To assemble the Sealey PWM2500.V2, start by attaching the high-pressure hose to the water outlet on the unit. Connect the spray gun to the high-pressure hose. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Finally, attach the desired nozzle to the spray gun.
If the pressure washer does not start, check that it is properly plugged into a power outlet and that the outlet is functioning. Ensure the power switch is in the "on" position. Also, verify that the circuit breaker or fuse has not tripped or blown.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of operation, and then every 50 hours of use thereafter. Always use the type of oil specified in the user manual for optimal performance.
After use, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect the water supply. Run the pressure washer for a few seconds to clear any water from the system. Disconnect the hoses and store them properly. Clean the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
For low pressure issues, check if the water supply is adequate and not restricted. Inspect the inlet filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Ensure the nozzle is not blocked and the high-pressure hose is not leaking.
The Sealey PWM2500.V2 is designed for use with cold water only. Using hot water can damage the pump and other components, leading to reduced performance and potential failure.
Regular maintenance of the pump includes checking and maintaining oil levels, cleaning or replacing the inlet filter, and inspecting for any leaks or unusual noises. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on pump maintenance.
Before storing, drain all water from the pressure washer and hoses. Add antifreeze to the pump to prevent freezing. Store the unit in a dry, sheltered location away from freezing temperatures.
Pulsating can be caused by air in the system or a clogged nozzle. Bleed the air by running the unit without a nozzle for a few minutes. Check and clean the nozzle if necessary. Ensure the water supply is consistent and uninterrupted.
To replace the high-pressure hose, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect it from the power source. Detach the old hose from the unit and the spray gun. Attach the new hose by securing it to both the unit and the spray gun, ensuring all connections are tight.
