Begin by attaching the high-pressure hose to the unit and the spray gun. Connect the water supply hose to the inlet connector. Ensure all connections are tight before turning on the power supply.
Check the power supply and ensure the unit is plugged in. Verify the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Inspect the fuse and replace it if necessary. Ensure the water supply is connected and turned on.
It is recommended to clean the filter after every 5 hours of use or more frequently if the water supply is dirty. This helps maintain optimal performance.
Use a 25-degree or 40-degree nozzle for cleaning vehicles. These nozzles provide a wider spray pattern and reduce the risk of damaging the paintwork.
Check for any leaks in the hoses or connections. Inspect the nozzle for blockages or damage. Ensure the water supply is adequate and the inlet filter is clean.
Avoid running the unit for extended periods without breaks. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit and do not use it in direct sunlight for too long.
Use a detergent specifically designed for pressure washers. Avoid using bleach or other harsh chemicals that can damage the unit.
Drain all water from the hoses and pump. Add a pump protector antifreeze solution to prevent any remaining water from freezing and damaging the pump. Store the unit in a dry and sheltered location.
Pulsating can occur due to air trapped in the system, a blocked nozzle, or insufficient water supply. Bleed the air from the system, clear any blockages, and ensure a steady water supply.
After use, turn off the machine and disconnect the hoses. Drain any residual water from the system. Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
