Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, flat surface away from any flammable materials. Plug the unit into a suitable power outlet and set the desired temperature on the thermostat.
Check if the heater is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Also, ensure the thermostat is set above the current room temperature and that any safety switches are not engaged.
It is recommended to clean the filter every two weeks during regular usage to maintain efficient operation.
Turn off the heater and unplug it. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
Ensure the heater is not obstructed and has adequate ventilation. Check if the thermostat is functioning correctly and verify that the heater is not covered or placed too close to walls.
The heater is equipped with an overheat protection system and a tip-over safety switch that automatically turns off the heater if it is knocked over.
Turn the heater off and unplug it. Wait for a few minutes to allow it to cool down, then plug it back in and turn it on. Ensure any obstructions are cleared before resetting.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord due to potential overheating risks. Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet.
Regularly clean the filter and exterior, check the power cord for any damage, and store the heater in a dry place when not in use. Schedule annual professional checks for optimal performance.
Some noise is normal due to the fan and heating elements. However, if the noise is excessive or unusual, it may indicate a problem that requires inspection.
