Ensure the heater is on a stable surface. Turn the gas valve to the "ON" position, then press the ignition button to start the heater.
Check the gas supply and connections for leaks, ensure the gas cylinder is not empty, and make sure the ignition button is functioning properly.
Turn the gas valve to the "OFF" position and allow the heater to cool down before handling or storing it.
Regularly check for gas leaks, clean the burner and housing, and inspect the gas hose and connections for wear and damage.
Disconnect the gas supply, let the heater cool, and use a soft cloth to wipe the exterior and a brush to clean the burner area.
Check for obstructions in the burner and ensure proper air flow. A yellow flame may indicate incomplete combustion.
The Sealey LP13.V4 Heater is designed for outdoor use only due to the risk of carbon monoxide buildup.
Disconnect the gas cylinder, clean the unit, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials.
Keep flammable materials away, ensure adequate ventilation, and never leave the heater unattended while in use.
Apply a soapy water solution to the connections and hose. Bubbles will form if there is a leak.
