Sealey GSA312 Instruction Manual

To load rivets, open the magazine by unscrewing the cap at the back, insert the rivets into the tube, and reattach the cap securely.
First, ensure the tool is disconnected from the air supply. Then, use the provided wrench to open the head assembly, remove the jammed rivet, and reassemble the tool.
Check the air pressure gauge on your compressor and adjust it to 90 PSI, which is the recommended pressure for the Sealey GSA312 Riveter.
Regularly clean the tool with a dry cloth, lubricate the moving parts with pneumatic tool oil, and check for any wear or damage before use.
Ensure the air pressure is adequate and check for any blockages in the nozzle or magazine. Inspect the jaws for wear and replace if necessary.
The riveter is suitable for use on a variety of materials, including aluminum and steel. However, always check the material compatibility with the rivet type.
Disconnect the tool from the air supply, unscrew the front cap, remove the old jaws, insert the new jaws, and secure the cap tightly.
Always wear safety glasses, keep hands clear of moving parts, and ensure the work area is free of debris and obstructions.
Store the riveter in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Disconnect it from the air supply and keep it in its case to prevent dust accumulation.
Check the air supply for any leaks, ensure the hose is connected properly, and verify that the compressor is functioning correctly.
