First, check if the power supply is connected and functioning. Ensure that the connections to the sensor are secure. If the problem persists, try resetting the unit by turning it off and on again.
Regularly clean the gauge with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation. Check connections and cables for any signs of wear or damage and replace them as necessary. Perform calibration checks periodically.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code. Most errors can be resolved by resetting the gauge or re-calibrating it. If the error persists, contact Sealey customer support for further assistance.
The gauge is designed for indoor use. If you need to use it outdoors, ensure it is protected from moisture and extreme temperatures to prevent damage.
To replace the battery, turn off the gauge and disconnect it from any power source. Open the battery compartment, remove the old battery, and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the gauge. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface.
Inaccurate readings can result from poor calibration, faulty sensors, or environmental interference. Re-calibrate the gauge and check sensor connections. Ensure the gauge is not exposed to electromagnetic interference.
Store the gauge in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and corrosive substances. Ensure it is turned off and disconnected from any power source during storage.
