Ensure the vehicle is on a stable surface. Place the jack under the manufacturer's recommended lifting point, then pump the handle to raise the vehicle.
Check for air in the hydraulic system by opening the release valve and pumping the handle several times. Close the valve and test again.
Regularly check for oil leaks and clean the jack after use. Store it in a dry place and lubricate moving parts periodically.
Use high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Avoid using brake fluid, alcohol, or other non-recommended fluids.
Inspect for oil leaks and ensure the release valve is fully closed. If issues persist, check the seals and replace if necessary.
The maximum load capacity is 20 tons. Do not exceed this limit to prevent damage or injury.
Slowly open the release valve by turning it counterclockwise. Ensure the area is clear of obstructions and personnel.
While it can be used in various conditions, ensure the jack is dry and free from ice or debris to prevent slippage.
Check for obstructions and clean the pivot points. Lubricate the handle mechanism as needed.
Replace the hydraulic oil every year or as needed if the jack is used frequently.
