The Sealey 300ETJ.V2 Transmission Jack has a maximum weight capacity of 300 kg.
Ensure the transmission is centered on the cradle and securely fastened using the provided safety chains before lifting.
Check for hydraulic fluid levels and ensure there are no leaks. If fluid levels are adequate, inspect the pump for any blockages or damage.
Regular maintenance should be performed every 6 months or after every 500 uses, whichever comes first.
Always use safety chains to secure the load, never exceed the weight capacity, and ensure the jack is placed on a stable and level surface.
While designed for transmissions, it can be used for other heavy components within its weight limit, but exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines.
Inspect all seals and connections for wear or damage. Replace any faulty seals and tighten connections as necessary.
Use a high-quality hydraulic jack oil that meets ISO 32 specifications.
Slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise to gradually lower the load, ensuring the area is clear of any obstructions.
Check for hydraulic leaks and ensure the release valve is fully closed. If issues persist, the jack may require professional inspection and repair.
