Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and position the jack under the manufacturer's recommended lifting point, aligning the saddle with the vehicle's jack point.
To bleed air, open the release valve and pump the handle several times. Close the valve and test the jack for consistent operation.
Regularly check for hydraulic oil leaks, lubricate moving parts, and store the jack in a dry environment to prevent rust.
If the jack does not lift smoothly or reaches full extension without lifting the vehicle, it may be low on hydraulic fluid.
Use high-quality hydraulic jack oil as recommended in the user manual to ensure optimal performance.
Check for leaks or air in the system. If necessary, replace worn seals or bleed the hydraulic system to ensure proper function.
Inspect the jack before each use for any signs of damage or wear, such as cracks in the frame or leaking hydraulic fluid.
The Sealey 3000HLC.V2 Trolley Jack has a safe lifting capacity of 3 tons. Do not exceed this limit to ensure safety.
For safety, always use the jack on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping or shifting during operation.
Check for hydraulic fluid levels and inspect for any obstructions or damage to the pump mechanism. If necessary, lubricate the moving parts.
