To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm your choice and wait for the phone to reset.
First, inspect the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger. Check the charging port for debris and clean it carefully. If the issue persists, consider a battery replacement or contact customer support.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off background apps, disable location services when not needed, and activate battery saver mode in Settings.
To update the software, go to Settings > System > Advanced > System Update. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
Clear app cache and data, uninstall unused apps, and ensure your software is up to date. Consider restarting the device to clear temporary files.
Use the phone's built-in data transfer tool by going to Settings > System > Backup & Restore. You can also use third-party apps like Google Drive to transfer data.

Restart your phone and router. Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and you are within range. Forget the network and reconnect by entering the password again.
