To change the drill bit, first ensure the rotary hammer is unplugged. Pull back the chuck sleeve and insert the new drill bit until it locks into place. Release the chuck sleeve to secure the bit.
Check if the power cord is properly connected and inspect the power outlet. Ensure the switch is in the "ON" position. If the tool still does not start, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.
Regular maintenance should be performed every 3 months or after every 50 hours of use. This includes cleaning the tool, inspecting the brushes, and lubricating the mechanical parts.
Store the rotary hammer in a dry, clean place. Keep it in its original case when not in use, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.
Overheating can be caused by continuous use without breaks, or by a clogged ventilation system. Make sure to give the tool regular rest periods and clean the vents to improve airflow.
Use a sharp, high-quality masonry bit, and ensure the hammer function is enabled. Apply steady pressure without forcing the tool, and allow the rotary hammer to do the work.
Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask. Use gloves to protect your hands and wear sturdy footwear to prevent injuries from falling debris.
Unplug the tool and remove the brush caps using a screwdriver. Replace the worn brushes with new ones and reinstall the brush caps securely.
Stop the tool immediately to prevent damage. Try reversing the drill to remove the bit. If it remains stuck, manually rotate the chuck sleeve to release the bit.
Ensure that the auxiliary handle is securely attached and use anti-vibration gloves. Maintain a firm grip and position the tool at the correct angle to minimize vibration.
