To activate the AutoDos function, ensure that the PowerDisk is installed correctly in the compartment on the inside of the door. Close the door and select the desired program. The AutoDos function should activate automatically. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
First, check the drain filter and remove any debris. Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. If the problem persists, consult the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact Miele support.
To clean the spray arms, remove them from the dishwasher and rinse them under running water. Use a toothpick or similar tool to clear any blocked holes. Reinstall the spray arms once they are clean.
Error code F78 indicates a problem with the circulation pump. Try resetting the dishwasher by turning it off and then on again. If the error persists, contact a Miele service technician for assistance.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the filter, checking the spray arms, and descaling the dishwasher as needed. Use Miele's recommended cleaning agents for best results. Refer to the maintenance section of the user manual for more details.
Access the settings menu on the dishwasher's control panel. Navigate to the water hardness setting and adjust it according to your local water supply's hardness level. The user manual provides a detailed guide on how to make this adjustment.
Ensure that the dishes are loaded correctly and not blocking the spray arms. Check that the detergent is being dispensed, and clean the filters. If problems continue, refer to the troubleshooting guide in the manual.
To reset the dishwasher to factory settings, press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button while switching on the dishwasher. Continue holding the button until the display shows the reset confirmation. Refer to the manual for further instructions.
While the AutoDos system is optimized for Miele PowerDisks, you can use third-party detergents by manually adding them to the detergent compartment. However, performance may vary. Consult the user manual for guidance on detergent use.
Place large pots and pans in the lower rack, ensuring they do not obstruct the spray arms. Tilt them at an angle for better water flow. Use the upper rack for smaller items to maximize space.
