To change the blade, first ensure the saw is unplugged. Press the spindle lock button, use the provided wrench to loosen the arbor nut, remove the old blade, and replace it with the new one. Tighten the arbor nut securely and release the spindle lock.
Check the power supply and ensure the saw is plugged in. Inspect the power cord for damage. Verify the fuse or circuit breaker and reset if needed. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Regular maintenance should be performed after every 50 hours of use or every six months, whichever comes first. This includes cleaning, checking for loose bolts, and inspecting electrical components.
The saw is compatible with standard 10-inch blades designed for cutting wood, metal, or plastic, depending on the blade type. Always ensure the blade speed rating matches the saw's speed.
Unplug the saw and use a soft brush or compressed air to remove sawdust and debris. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the surfaces.
To adjust the bevel angle, loosen the bevel lock lever, tilt the saw to the desired angle using the bevel scale for reference, and then tighten the lever securely to lock the position.
Ensure the workpiece is properly secured. Check the alignment of the blade and fence. Inspect the blade for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Recalibrate the saw if needed.
Always wear eye and ear protection. Keep hands away from the blade. Do not operate the saw while tired or under the influence of substances. Use the saw on a stable surface and ensure all safety guards are in place.
Connect a vacuum or dust extraction system to the saw's dust port. Use a blade suitable for the material to reduce dust generation. Work in a well-ventilated area to disperse dust.
Stop using the saw immediately and allow it to cool down. Check for blockages in the ventilation slots. Ensure the blade is sharp and appropriate for the task. If overheating continues, consult a professional technician.
