The recommended tire pressure for the McLaren GT MY20 is 30 psi for the front tires and 32 psi for the rear tires.
To reset the tire pressure monitoring system, navigate to the vehicle settings menu on the infotainment system and select the tire pressure option, then follow the prompts to reset.
The McLaren GT MY20 requires fully synthetic 5W-40 engine oil for optimal performance.
The oil should be changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first, under normal driving conditions.
To check the brake fluid level, locate the brake fluid reservoir under the hood. Ensure the car is on a level surface and check that the fluid level is between the minimum and maximum marks on the reservoir.
To perform a software update, connect the vehicle to a stable Wi-Fi network and navigate to the software update section in the settings menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
For long-term storage, ensure the vehicle is clean and dry, fill the fuel tank, disconnect the battery, and cover the vehicle with a breathable car cover. Consider placing the car on jack stands to prevent tire flat spots.
To replace a headlight bulb, open the hood and access the back of the headlight assembly. Remove the bulb cover, disconnect the wiring harness, and replace the old bulb with a new one. Reassemble in reverse order.
First, check the battery for charge and connections. If the battery is fine, inspect the fuses and ignition system. If the problem persists, consult a certified McLaren technician.
Adjust the suspension settings using the drive mode selector on the center console. Choose between Comfort, Sport, and Track modes to suit your driving preference.
