To set the time, pull the crown out to the second click position. Turn the crown to set the desired time. Once set, push the crown back to its normal position.
It's recommended to have the battery replaced by an authorized service center to ensure water resistance is maintained. However, if you choose to do it yourself, use a small screwdriver to carefully remove the back cover, replace the battery with a new one, and securely close the cover.
Immediately dry the watch with a soft cloth and place it in a warm, dry area. If the problem persists, take it to an authorized service center, as water may have entered the case.
Pull the crown out to the first click position. Turn the crown to adjust the date. Avoid adjusting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage. Push the crown back to its normal position after setting.
Minor scratches can be polished out using a special watch crystal polish. For deeper scratches, it's best to have the crystal replaced by a professional.
The watch may be losing time due to a weak battery, magnetization, or mechanical issues. Start by replacing the battery. If the problem persists, consult a professional watchmaker.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the watch. For metal bands, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap, but avoid getting water inside the watch case.
It is not recommended to wear the watch in the shower due to exposure to heat, steam, and soap which can damage the watch and its seals.
Misaligned hands can often be corrected by resetting the watch. Pull the crown out to the second position and move the hands around the dial completely. If alignment issues persist, consult a watch technician.
Avoid pressing the buttons when the watch is wet. Have the water resistance tested and seals checked regularly by a professional, especially after battery changes.
