To start the Karcher TRK-2500 HDS, ensure it is connected to a power source and water supply. Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position and press the trigger on the spray gun to begin operation.
Check if the temperature setting is appropriately adjusted on the control panel. Ensure that the fuel tank is filled with diesel, as the burner requires fuel to heat the water.
Regularly check and clean the water filter and nozzle. Inspect hoses and connections for leaks or wear. Change the oil and fuel filters as recommended in the user manual.
Ensure there are no kinks in the hose and that it is properly connected. Check the water supply for adequate flow. Clean the nozzle and check for any blockages.
To descale the heating coil, use a descaling solution recommended by Karcher. Follow the instructions in the user manual to circulate the solution through the machine, ensuring to rinse thoroughly afterward.
Before use, check the oil levels, fuel level, and ensure that all connections are secure. Inspect the spray gun, lance, and hoses for any visible damage.
Drain all water from the machine and hoses to prevent freezing. Store in a dry, frost-free environment. Consider using antifreeze in the system if storage conditions are below freezing.
Check that the fuel tank is full and that the fuel filter is not clogged. Inspect the ignition electrodes for damage or dirt, and ensure proper air ventilation.
Adjust the pressure using the control knob located on the front panel. Refer to the user manual for specific pressure settings suitable for different cleaning tasks.
Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the exterior. Avoid using abrasive materials or solvents that could damage the surface.
