Begin by attaching the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the unit. Connect the water supply hose to the water inlet and ensure it is secured. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual.
Check if the power cord is properly plugged in and the socket is functioning. Ensure the power switch is in the 'On' position. Inspect the fuse in the plug and replace it if necessary.
Use the +/- buttons on the Full Control Plus Power Gun to adjust the pressure level. The LED display will show the current pressure setting.
Regularly inspect the high-pressure hose and connections for leaks. Clean the water filter monthly. After use, drain any remaining water from the unit to prevent damage.
Ensure all water is drained from the unit and hoses to prevent freezing damage. Store the unit in a dry, frost-free location. Consider using a Karcher pump guard for additional protection.
Check the water supply for adequate flow. Inspect the high-pressure nozzle for blockages and clean if necessary. Ensure the water inlet filter is clean.
Fill the detergent tank with the recommended Karcher detergent. Adjust the spray lance to 'Mix' mode. The detergent will be automatically mixed with the water.
Inspect all hose connections and seals for damage or looseness. Replace any worn-out O-rings. Tighten any loose connections to prevent leaks.
Unusual noises may indicate air in the system. Run the pressure washer without the high-pressure nozzle attached until a steady flow of water is achieved. Check for any loose components.
Remove the nozzle and rinse it under clean water. Use the included nozzle cleaning tool to clear any blockages. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
