Karcher G3200XH Operator's Manual

To start the Karcher G3200XH, first ensure the water supply is connected and turned on. Set the throttle to 'Fast', turn the fuel valve to 'On', set the choke to 'Closed' if the engine is cold, then pull the starter cord.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil for optimal performance in varying temperature conditions. Ensure the oil is suitable for air-cooled 4-stroke engines.
Check for blockages in the nozzle or water inlet, ensure the water supply is adequate, inspect the high-pressure hose for leaks, and clean the water filter.
The spark plug should be inspected every 100 hours of operation and replaced if it shows signs of wear or damage.
Routinely check the oil level in the pump, change the pump oil every 50 hours of use, and inspect for leaks or damage to the seals.
Ensure the fuel valve is on, the choke is set correctly, and there is sufficient fuel. Check the spark plug connection and inspect for fouling or damage.
Drain all water from the unit and hoses to prevent freezing. Add a fuel stabilizer to the gas tank, and store the unit in a dry, sheltered location.
Use a 0-degree nozzle for tough stains, 15-degree for general cleaning, 25-degree for surfaces such as decks, and a 40-degree nozzle for delicate surfaces.
Rinse the detergent suction tube with clean water after each use to prevent clogs and ensure proper detergent application in future uses.
Check that the unit is on a stable surface, inspect the engine mounts for damage, and ensure all bolts are tightened. Excessive vibration can also indicate a pump issue.
