To start the Karcher G 3050 OHC, first connect the water supply and turn it on. Then, turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position, set the choke to "CLOSED" if the engine is cold, and pull the starter handle until the engine starts. Once started, set the choke to "OPEN".
Check for blockages in the nozzle, ensure the water supply is adequate, and verify that the inlet filter is clean. Also, inspect the high-pressure hose for leaks or damage.
To maintain the pump, regularly check for leaks, ensure the oil level is correct, and use pump saver to protect the pump from freezing and mineral deposits.
The engine may stall if the air filter is dirty, the fuel is old, or the carburetor is clogged. Clean or replace the air filter, use fresh fuel, and clean the carburetor to resolve the issue.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil for the engine of the Karcher G 3050 OHC. Check the oil level before each use and change it after every 50 hours of operation or annually.
To clean the nozzle, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect it from the water source. Remove the nozzle from the spray wand and use a small brush or needle to clear any debris. Rinse with clean water before reattaching.
Store the pressure washer in a cool, dry place. Drain all water from the unit and hoses to prevent freezing. Use a pump saver to protect the pump from corrosion and damage.
Ensure the water source provides adequate flow, check the garden hose for kinks or blockages, and make sure the inlet filter is clean. Inspect the nozzle for clogs as well.
Routinely check and clean the air filter, change the engine oil, inspect hoses and connections for leaks, and clean the nozzle. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.
Avoid running the pressure washer for extended periods without spraying water. Ensure proper ventilation around the engine and keep the cooling fins clean and free of debris.
