Karcher G 3000K Operator's Manual

To start the Karcher G 3000K pressure washer, first ensure the water supply is connected and turned on. Then, turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position, set the choke to the 'CHOKE' position, and turn the engine switch to 'ON'. Pull the starter cord briskly, and once the engine starts, move the choke to 'RUN'.
Low pressure can be caused by a clogged nozzle, a blocked water inlet filter, or air in the supply hose. Ensure the nozzle is clean and the filter is clear. Check all connections for air leaks and ensure that the water supply provides adequate flow.
It's recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours of operation or at least once per season thereafter. Always use SAE 10W-30 oil for optimal performance.
To winterize the Karcher G 3000K, drain all water from the unit and hoses. Add pump saver antifreeze to the pump to prevent freezing. Store in a dry, covered location away from extreme temperatures.
If the pressure washer won't start, check the fuel level and ensure fresh fuel is used. Verify that the spark plug is clean and properly gapped. Ensure the air filter is clean, and check that all switches are in the 'ON' position.
Regularly check for leaks and ensure that all connections are tight. Use a pump saver product to protect seals and prevent corrosion during storage. Inspect and clean the water inlet filter regularly to ensure proper flow.
To clean the nozzle, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect the spray wand. Use the nozzle cleaning tool provided to remove any debris from the nozzle tip. Rinse with clean water to ensure all blockages are cleared.
Use clean, fresh unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 fuel or mix oil with gasoline.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced spray wand, loose components, or engine issues. Check that all bolts and screws are tight, and inspect the engine mounts and spray wand for damage or imbalance.
To prevent overheating, ensure that the water supply is adequate and that there are no blockages in the system. Avoid running the pressure washer for extended periods without releasing the trigger. Regularly check and maintain the air filter and fuel system.
