Ensure the unit is on a flat surface, connect the high-pressure hose and water supply, turn on the water, set the choke to "Start," and pull the starter cord. Once the engine starts, move the choke to "Run."
Check for any kinks in the hose, ensure the water supply is sufficient, clean the nozzle, and inspect the inlet filter for debris. Check the unloader valve if the issue persists.
It is recommended to change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil for general use. In colder temperatures, refer to the user manual to select the appropriate oil viscosity.
To winterize, disconnect all hoses, drain water from the pump, add pump saver antifreeze, and store in a dry, frost-free location.
Excessive vibration may be due to loose fasteners or components. Inspect the unit for any loose parts and tighten them as necessary.
Turn off the pressure washer, disconnect the nozzle, and use a nozzle cleaning tool or a small, soft brush to remove debris from the nozzle tip.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and inspect the air filter. If necessary, replace the spark plug or clean/replace the air filter.
To prevent overheating, avoid running the pressure washer for extended periods without pulling the trigger and ensure a constant water supply to the pump.
Regularly check and change the oil, clean the air filter, inspect hoses and connections for leaks, clean the nozzle, and keep the unit free from dirt and debris.
