To start the Karcher G 2200, first ensure the water supply is connected and turned on. Set the choke to the 'Start' position. Pull the recoil starter handle until the engine starts, then move the choke to the 'Run' position.
Check if there's enough fuel and oil. Ensure the water supply is connected. Make sure the engine switch is in the 'On' position. If it still doesn't start, check the spark plug and clean or replace it if necessary.
Regularly check the pump for leaks. Use pump saver to prevent damage during storage. Change the oil in the pump every 50 hours of use or annually.
Drain all water from the pump and hoses. Run the engine to clear any remaining water. Store in a cool, dry place and use a pump saver product to protect the pump during long-term storage.
Check for any leaks in the hoses or connections. Clean the nozzle and ensure it is not clogged. Inspect the unloader valve and replace it if faulty.
Turn off the machine and disconnect the spray wand. Use a nozzle cleaning tool or a paper clip to clear any debris from the nozzle. Rinse with water and reattach the nozzle.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil for the engine. Always check the oil level before each use and top up as necessary.
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
Check the air filter and clean or replace it if dirty. Ensure the fuel is fresh and the spark plug is in good condition. Adjust the carburetor if necessary.
Ensure the engine is mounted securely and all bolts are tight. Check for any damaged or unbalanced components. Inspect the pump for any issues that might cause vibration.
