Before first use, ensure the machine is fully assembled. Fill the clean water tank with the appropriate cleaning solution and check all connections. Plug the machine into a suitable power source, and ensure the squeegee and brush are correctly attached.
Check if the recovery tank is full and needs emptying. Ensure that the squeegee is properly adjusted and not damaged. Inspect the vacuum hose for blockages or disconnections.
Regularly check and clean the battery terminals. Ensure the battery is charged after each use and avoid deep discharging. Store the machine in a dry place with moderate temperatures.
Turn off and unplug the machine. Tilt the machine back to access the brush deck. Release the brush from its socket by turning it counter-clockwise. Replace with a new brush, ensuring it is securely fastened.
Check the power supply and ensure the machine is plugged in correctly. Inspect the power cable for any damage. Verify that the main switch is in the 'ON' position.
Use a non-foaming, pH-neutral cleaning solution recommended by Karcher. Avoid using corrosive or highly alkaline products as they may damage the machine.
Inspect the squeegee blades regularly for wear and tear. Replace them if they are visibly worn or if the machine is leaving streaks of water on the floor.
Regularly clean the solution and recovery tanks after each use. Check and clean the filters. Inspect hoses and seals for leaks or damage. Lubricate moving parts as necessary.
Adjust the squeegee height using the adjustment knobs on either side of the squeegee assembly. Ensure it makes uniform contact with the floor surface without excessive pressure.
Ensure the brush is properly installed and the machine is turned on. Check for any debris or obstructions around the brush area. Inspect the drive belt for tension and wear.
