To set up your wax warmer, plug the device into a standard electrical outlet, place the wax melt in the top dish, and turn on the switch to begin warming.
You can use any standard-sized wax melts designed for fragrance warmers. Ensure they are suitable for electric warmers.
Allow the wax to cool and solidify, then gently remove it. Clean the dish with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before reuse.
Check the power connection and ensure the outlet is working. If the problem persists, inspect the cord for damage and contact customer support.
It is recommended to not leave the wax warmer on for more than 8 hours at a time for safety and to prolong the device's lifespan.
The wax warmer is designed for wax melts only. Using essential oils directly may damage the unit or not work effectively.
Ensure the wax is evenly distributed in the dish and that the warmer is on a stable, level surface. Uneven melting can occur if the wax is too thick.
Turn off the warmer, allow the wax to cool and solidify, then remove it. Clean the dish and add a new wax melt.
It's best to monitor the wax warmer when in use and turn it off when leaving the room for extended periods to prevent any potential hazards.
Turn off and unplug the warmer, allow the wax to cool and harden, then gently scrape it off. Clean the base with a damp cloth.
