To ignite the grill, first open the lid, ensure the control knobs are in the "Off" position, and open the propane tank valve slowly. Turn the right burner control knob to the "High" position and press the electronic igniter button. You should hear a clicking sound and see a flame.
Check that the propane tank has fuel and the valve is open. Ensure the electronic igniter is working by checking for a spark. If there is no spark, replace the battery in the igniter or clean the electrode.
First, ensure the grill is cool and the gas supply is turned off. Remove the grates and flame tamers. Use a brush to clean the burner tubes gently, making sure to clear any blockages in the burner ports.
After each use, brush the grill grates with a grill brush to remove food particles. For deeper cleaning, remove the grates and wash them with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly to prevent rusting.
To prevent flare-ups, trim excess fat from meats before grilling and avoid cooking on high heat. Keep a spray bottle of water nearby to manage small flare-ups.
Mix a solution of water and soap, then apply it to the gas connections and hoses. Turn on the gas supply, but do not ignite the grill. If bubbles form, there is a leak, and you should tighten the connections or replace faulty parts.
Ensure that the propane tank is full and the valve is open completely. Check for any obstructions in the burner tubes and clean them if necessary. Also, reset the regulator by turning off the gas and disconnecting it for 5 minutes.
Clean the grill thoroughly, disconnect the propane tank, and store it in a cool, dry place. Cover the grill with a weather-resistant cover and store it in a sheltered area to protect it from the elements.
Regularly check and clean the burner tubes, inspect gas hoses for cracks, clean the grill grates, and empty the grease tray to prevent buildup and potential fires.
Refer to the assembly instructions provided with the grill. Attach the side shelves to the main body using the provided screws and brackets, ensuring they are level and securely fastened.
