To properly position the jack, ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and locate the manufacturer's recommended jacking points, usually marked on the vehicle's chassis. Carefully slide the jack under the point and align the saddle with the jacking point before lifting.
Always use the jack on a stable, flat surface. Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 1.25 tonnes. Use jack stands to support the vehicle after lifting. Do not work under a vehicle solely supported by the jack.
Check for hydraulic fluid leaks and ensure the release valve is fully closed. If issues persist, bleed the hydraulic system and check for air in the system, or consult the user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
Regular maintenance should be conducted every six months or more frequently with heavy use. This includes checking for hydraulic fluid levels, inspecting for leaks, and lubricating moving parts.
This jack is suitable for most vehicles within its 1.25-tonne capacity. However, it may not be suitable for larger vehicles like SUVs or trucks that exceed its lifting capacity. Always check the vehicle's weight before use.
Use a high-quality hydraulic jack oil for optimal performance. Avoid using brake fluid, motor oil, or any other non-recommended fluids as they can damage the jack's seals.
To bleed the system, open the release valve and pump the handle several times. Close the valve and test the jack's lifting capability. Repeat if necessary until the jack operates smoothly.
When fully lowered, the jack's height is approximately 90mm. When fully extended, the maximum height is about 375mm. Always confirm these dimensions with the official product specifications.
Store the jack in a dry place away from moisture and corrosive substances. Ensure it is in the lowered position to relieve pressure on the hydraulic system. Regularly check for signs of rust or wear.
Wipe down the jack with a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using strong solvents or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish. Ensure all moving parts are free of debris and lubricated.
