To start the power washer, ensure the fuel tank is filled, the water supply is connected, and the spray gun is in the off position. Set the choke lever to the 'start' position, pull the starter cord, and once the engine starts, move the choke to the 'run' position.
Check the fuel level and ensure it is fresh. Verify the spark plug is clean and properly connected. Ensure the choke and throttle are set correctly. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Regularly check and change the oil, clean the air filter, inspect and clean the spark plug, and ensure all connections are tight. Store the washer in a dry place and drain water from the pump if not used for extended periods.
Use unleaded petrol with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using ethanol-blended fuels greater than 10% as they may damage the engine.
Ensure the nozzle is not blocked and the water supply is adequate. Check for leaks in the hose or connections, and examine the unloader valve for proper operation. Clean or replace the nozzle if necessary.
Use a 0-degree nozzle for tough stains, a 15-degree nozzle for heavy-duty cleaning, a 25-degree nozzle for general cleaning, and a 40-degree nozzle for light-duty tasks and rinsing.
Drain all water from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing. Add fuel stabilizer to the petrol tank and run the engine for a few minutes to circulate it. Store the washer in a dry, protected area.
Check for loose parts and tighten them as needed. Inspect the pump and engine mounts for wear or damage. Ensure the spray gun and hose are not kinked or twisted.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 20-50 hours of operation, or at least once per season, depending on usage conditions.
Wear protective gear, such as goggles and gloves. Avoid pointing the spray gun at people or animals. Do not operate in enclosed spaces due to exhaust fumes. Follow all instructions in the user manual.
