To start the washer, first ensure the fuel valve is open. Set the choke to the "closed" position and the throttle to "fast." Pull the starter cord briskly until the engine starts, then gradually open the choke.
Regular maintenance includes checking and changing the oil, cleaning or replacing the air filter, inspecting the spark plug, and checking the fuel system. Always refer to the user manual for detailed maintenance schedules.
Low pressure can be caused by a clogged nozzle, air in the pump, or a dirty inlet filter. Check and clean these components. Ensure there are no kinks in the hose and that the water supply is adequate.
Ensure the washer is used in a well-ventilated area. Avoid running the washer for extended periods without breaks. Check the oil level regularly and ensure the cooling fins are clean and unobstructed.
If the engine won't start, check that there is fuel in the tank and the fuel valve is open. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage and ensure the choke is set correctly. Clean or replace the air filter if necessary.
To store the washer, drain all water from the pump and hoses. Add a fuel stabilizer to the tank and run the engine briefly to circulate it. Store the unit in a dry, cool place, and cover it to protect it from dust.
Use clean, fresh unleaded petrol with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using fuel with more than 10% ethanol content to prevent damage to the engine.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, and then every 50 hours of operation or at the start of each season. Always use high-quality SAE 10W-30 oil.
The washer typically includes a set of nozzles: 0° for high-pressure pinpoint cleaning, 15° for general-purpose cleaning, 25° for gentle cleaning, and 40° for delicate surfaces.
Excessive vibration can be due to a loose or damaged component. Check that all bolts and attachments are secure. Inspect the pump and engine mounts for wear or damage.
