To prime the pump, fill the pump casing with water through the priming plug opening. Ensure all air is expelled and replace the priming plug securely before starting the pump.
Check the power supply and ensure the pump is plugged in. Inspect the fuse and circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult a qualified technician.
Regularly inspect and clean the pump to remove debris. Check the seals and gaskets for wear and replace if necessary. Lubricate moving parts as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Reduced flow can be caused by clogged filters, blocked hoses, or air leaks. Ensure all connections are secure and clear any obstructions.
Drain all water from the pump, clean it thoroughly, and store it in a dry, frost-free environment. Cover the pump to protect it from dust and debris.
Excessive vibration may be due to misalignment or an unbalanced impeller. Inspect the mounting and impeller for damage and ensure the unit is securely installed.
This pump is designed for cold water use. Do not use it with hot water as it may damage the pump components.
Regularly check the pump for leaks, ensure the power cable is intact, and inspect the hoses for wear. Perform a test run to verify the pump's functionality.
First, disconnect the power supply. Remove the pump casing and carefully take out the impeller. Install the new impeller, ensuring it is properly aligned, then reassemble the casing.
Stop the pump immediately and allow it to cool. Check for blockages in the intake line and ensure proper ventilation around the motor. If the problem continues, consult a service technician.
