Ensure the heater is placed on a flat, stable surface and plug it into a properly grounded outlet. Keep it away from flammable materials and ensure there is adequate ventilation.
Regularly clean the air intake and outlet grilles to prevent dust accumulation. Check and tighten any loose screws or fittings. Inspect the power cord for any damage before use.
Check if the heater is plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the thermostat is set to a higher temperature than the room's current temperature. Examine the fuse or circuit breaker.
Turn off the heater immediately and unplug it. Inspect for any visible debris on the heating elements or in the unit. If the smell persists, contact a qualified technician for an inspection.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord with the heater as it can cause overheating and pose a fire hazard. Use a direct wall outlet whenever possible.
Use the thermostat control dial located on the heater to set your desired temperature. Rotate the dial clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the temperature.
Unusual noises may result from loose parts or debris trapped in the fan. Turn off and unplug the unit, then inspect and clean the fan area. Tighten any loose components.
Ensure the heater is turned off, unplugged, and completely cooled down before storing. Keep it in a dry, dust-free environment and cover it with a cloth to protect it from dust.
Position the heater in a central location and ensure no objects obstruct the air flow. Regularly clean the heater to maintain efficiency, and consider using additional heaters for very large areas.
The heater is equipped with an overheat protection system and a safety tip-over switch to automatically shut off the unit if it becomes too hot or is accidentally knocked over.
