Ensure the compressor is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check that all components are securely connected and fill the oil reservoir to the recommended level. Connect the compressor to a power supply that matches the specified voltage.
Use SAE 30 compressor oil. It is important to use the correct type of oil to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the compressor.
Change the oil after the first 50 hours of use, and subsequently every 300 hours or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Regular oil changes help maintain efficient operation.
Check the power supply and ensure the compressor is plugged in correctly. Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Also, inspect the pressure switch and reset it if necessary.
Turn off and unplug the compressor. Open the drain valve located at the bottom of the tank to release any accumulated moisture. Close the valve securely after draining.
Check for loose parts or fittings and tighten them if necessary. Ensure that the compressor is on a stable surface. If the noise persists, consult the user manual or contact technical support.
Inspect the air filter regularly and clean it by removing dust and debris. Replace the filter if it shows signs of damage or excessive dirt buildup to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect for leaks in hoses and connections. Make sure the intake valves are clean and not obstructed. Also, verify that the pressure switch is functioning correctly.
Use the regulator knob to set the desired pressure. Turn clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it. Ensure the compressor is off while making adjustments.
Regularly check and replace the oil, clean the air filter, inspect hoses and connections, and drain the tank to remove moisture. Keep the compressor clean and free from dust and debris.
